Active EMG Humbuckers for Powerful, Punchy Tone
The two active EMG pickups found on the King V KVTMG pack a dominant punch yet offer more than enough refinement for optimal definition across the low-mid frequency range, making the sure the tone is nicely balanced and fit for rhythm and lead parts alike. So you can sculpt the sound to taste, Jackson have fitted a 3-way toggle switch along with single volume and tone pots, while there's a Tune-O-Matic bridge with an anchored tailpiece to keep the intonation as perfect as can be and provide maximum sustain. Finished in a high-gloss Snow White and adorned with Jackson-style sharkfin inlays, chrome-plated hardware and a classic pointed headstock, this axe isn't just an eye-catcher but a faithful tribute to the early 1980s.
